FTE: 1 day per week, 0.2 FTE

Required from as early as possible in the Autumn Term 2017. A part time SENCo in a vibrant, caring and inclusive community that gives all children a love of learning. Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted (2015).
We welcome applications from SEN Practitioners from any faith or none, who are willing to support our ethos and enable our pupils to live life to the full. There is no formal class teacher responsibility with this role.
Our ideal candidate will:
have a proven track record of current SENCo experience and hold the National Award for SEN Coordination
have a highly effective knowledge and experience of leading and managing others and supporting them to develop best practice in the support of children with SEND
be able to build excellent relationships with parents and carers as well as maintain positive and effective working partnership with professionals from other agencies
